Contact form submissions are stored in the website database and are available only to authenticated administrators. An email notification is also sent when mail is configured.

With separate consent, a newsletter email is stored in the database with the language and subscription date. Automated newsletters are not connected yet. To unsubscribe or request information about your data, email info@it-dolphin.kyiv.ua.

The administration area uses a secure session cookie. The server limits request frequency and may temporarily use IP addresses for these limits. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends standard browser network information to that provider.

Before publication, the owner must specify the legal entity, retention periods for enquiries and subscriptions, data processing responsibilities and procedures for handling user requests.

YouTube/Vimeo videos load only after you press the button. The external provider then receives your IP address and browser data and may use its own cookies under its privacy policy. No video player connects before that action.
